Q: What inspires you to write?
People. I sit and watch and listen to people and the things that they say and do always makes me want to write about it. I love the interaction and the dialogue. In fact, that is usually how my stories and characters develop.

Q: Are you currently working on a new book at this time?
I am working on about four books right now. Isn’t that insane? Unfortunately, for the most part, most of the books are in my head on scribbled in a notebook or on the back of an envelope. I have to get to typing them out.

Q: What is your favorite genre to read & write?
My favorite genre to read and write is mystery. All my books seem to include some element of mystery, even when the book doesn’t really fit into the genre. And I think when I get past writing all the books in my head, which encompass a lot of different genres, I’ll settle in and probably only write mysteries.

Q: Which do you prefer paperback, hardback or ebooks & why?
eBooks are definitely at the bottom of my list. I love the feel of a book in my hand. I love being able to flip back and forth between the pages. I just love the physical book. Now choosing between paperback and hard covers is a little harder, but hands down, I think hard covers win
